“It’s good to be with a company that, no matter what’s happening in the outside world, you are consistently appreciated—that’s the Avalla world.”

With today’s workplace increasingly focused on productivity and the bottom line, the need for people to be recognized for their efforts may be greater than ever. “At Avalla, recognition is the core of our business,” says president and founder Pamela C. Dean. “There is a place to be recognized and appreciated at every level of our organization—from new Consultants up to Executive Sales Managers.”

Avalla, LLC—a Houston, Texas-based direct selling company that offers botanically-based skincare, anti-aging, beauty and wellness products, along with an entrepreneurial opportunity that includes unlimited income potential, flexibility and the freedom to run one’s own business—once again acknowledged it’s top achievers at the company’s recent annual conference, held at The Woodlands, Texas. The 2 ½-day conference culminated with an evening gala, where attendees enjoyed fabulous cuisine, special gifts, camaraderie, and a heartfelt awards program honoring the past year’s achievers. “It’s good to be with a company that, no matter what’s happening in the outside world, you are consistently appreciated—that’s the Avalla world,” Dean comments.

At the gala, Avalla crowned its traditional “Queen of Conference,” which is the ultimate achievement for being successful in all aspects of the business—from sharing the opportunity with others and nurturing those on their teams to providing outstanding customer service. In the end, Dean says, “It’s more about caring than selling.” This year, Avalla crowned two queens: Judy Mills from Winnipeg, Manitoba and Mary LaMont of Loganville, Georgia.
