Churchill’s outstanding career in sales for the past 24 years has been in the Real Estate Profession with the last 12 years in Management. As a Realtor® she earned many top ten awards in sales along with achievements in Management, Leadership and Training. She is a noted author of several articles on leadership for some statewide publications.

As well as being an adjunct professor for California Baptist University for four years, Churchill has also been in real estate management and training for the past ten years. She holds an MS Degree in Leadership and Management from the University of LaVerne and a BS Degree in Business Administration from California Baptist University.

Churchill was a member of the Woman’s Council of Realtors® WCR Inland Valley Chapter for three years and served as Chair of the By-Laws Committee and as Parliamentarian. She has chaired special events for organizations to which she has belonged, raising money for a variety of non-profit organizations.

She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Menifee Valley Hospital Foundation and is a past member of the Assistance League of Capistrano Valley where she volunteered time to their various philanthropic programs. Her past volunteer work within the community of Riverside included serving on the board of directors for the YWCA, member of the Greater Riverside Chambers of Commerce, and a member of the Art Alliance. She was a member of NWGA (National Women’s Golf Association) until she relocated to south Orange County.

In her capacity as Director of Sales, Churchill will be responsible for managing an elite sales force of exceptional professionals. OCAS offers a unique targeted market of subscribers and has been growing by more than 10% per month.
