Avoka Technologies, an Adobe Gold Solution Partner, today announced the release of a new version of its award winning SmartForm Factory for the Adobe Digital Enterprise Platform. This latest release addresses two key industry trends that are transforming how organizations engage online to attract and retain customers– the dramatic rise in the use of mobile devices (Smart Phones and Tablets) and customers increasing preference for digital self-service. These trends create a growing segment of customers that demand the convenience of digital self-service that lets them transact anytime, anywhere, on any device.

Avoka SmartForm Factory V3 is a Digital Self-Service Enablement Solution for the Adobe Digital Enterprise Platform (ADEP). SmartForm Factory is a complete offering to bring complex paper transactions into the digital age. This release makes it easy for organizations to move complex paper transactions – a life insurance application, a home loan, a hospital admissions form, a government grant application, or an insurance claim – to SmartForm Apps so users can successfully complete transactions online and from any device. SmartForm Apps are small self-contained data capture applications that contain presentation logic, business rules, and integrate with existing systems using Web Services.
