Avoka Technologies, an Adobe Gold Solution Partner, today announced several SmartForm Factory modules that integrate with Adobe’s Digital Enterprise Platform. The solution makes it easy for web content authors to add SmartForm Apps to their web site. SmartForm Apps are small, self-contained data capture applications that enable organizations to move complex, but common, paper-based business transactions to interactive, and intelligent digital services– a life insurance application, a home loan, a hospital admissions form, a government grantsubmission, or an insurance claim.

Avoka’s SmartForm Factory makes it easy to create, deploy and manage SmartForm Apps and the integration between SmartForm Factory and Adobe’s Web Experience Management Solution makes it easy for web content authors to quickly incorporate SmartForm Apps into their web site.

With the proliferation of internet access and the rapid emergence of the mobile internet, users are shifting their business interactions from the high cost call center/phone channel to the low-cost digital self-service channels. The Avoka SmartForm Factory enables organizations to develop a single SmartForm App that can capture data for a business process from multiple devices including desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile devices including iPhone, iPad, Android and Blackberry.

SmartForm Finder provides configurable Wizard-style Guides to help users easily locate SmartForm Apps on a website, using a simple 'question and answer' guided interface. It can be embedded into existing Web pages and linked to any online resource. The SmartForm Finder focuses on the customer’s needs and wants – asking questions they can easily answer and directing them to the appropriate SmartForm Apps for digital self-service.

Any number of Q&A Wizards can be created - typically each is centered on a business topic of interest to your customers. Examples could include - "What do I need to do to register a new business" or "I want to apply for a loan". By answering a series of questions the applicant narrow’s down the set of forms or documents to those relevant to their specific requirement.
