We have a great site and great quality products, but in today’s environment a lot of the battle is on the price front and these changes are designed to address that reality.

Amanti Art, a Wisconsin-based wholesale art and framing company, has reduced the prices on thousands of items on its website, http://www.amantiart.com. The reduction in prices represents between 25 and 30% on most products on the site and makes the company’s prices lower than most other online custom framing sites.

Amanti Art allows customers to custom frame prints and posters using the Amanti Art Online Frameshop. The company’s website is an industry leader in innovation and offers powerful tools to customize the frame design, allowing customers to choose from an impressive collection of mats and frames, adjust the size and attributes of the matting, and even crop the print or poster to a desired size or orientation. Every print is also offered in Designer Recommended versions for customers who do not want to do their own styling. Amanti Art offers posters and prints by thousands of artists, from museum masters like Van Gogh and Monet to contemporary artists like Steven N. Meyers.

The new pricing model represents an effort by Amanti Art to drive traffic to its young site, according to Scott Longua, the company’s General Manager. “We have a great site and great quality products, but in today’s environment a lot of the battle is on the price front and these changes are designed to address that reality. We are confident that once customers use our Online Frameshop and see our products, and our new prices, they will be impressed.”

“We are trying to give customers real value by splitting the difference between the big box discount stores and the retail custom frame shop. We have the choice and ability to customize the framing like a brick and mortar frame shop, just without the sticker shock.”

The company says it can still make money because of the efficiencies of the business and plans to keep the new, lower prices indefinitely.
