ADAM Systems, a leading provider of dealer management systems (DMS) to automotive and powersports retailers throughout the USA, today announced it has acquired Shamrock Systems, a division of United Systems Technologies, Inc. (USTI). Terms of the transaction remain confidential.

Shamrock Systems supplies Dealer Management Systems software to powersports retailers. It has a 25 year history of delivering superior products and a high level of client support to leading motorcycle, atv and outdoor power equipment dealers throughout the United States.
