Mobile Enrollment was launched Sept 20 at Hard Rock Hotel Casino and is currently in use on the casino floor. As PlayerSoft’s launch partner, The Hard Rock is the first Las Vegas Resort to use Mobile Enrollment for Players club Signup throughout the property, and they are setting the pace for what will likely be the standard service offering for loyalty clubs everywhere.
The product has an open design interfacing with the Casino Player Tracking system, moving the player’s club sign up process from several minutes in front of a computer to just a few seconds anywhere on the casino floor. Mobile enrollment works on an iPod touch or Apple iPhone equipped with a specialized scanner and software to immediately enroll new players into the players club.

Small, lightweight and easy to use, Mobile Enrollment helps eliminate lines at the player’s club counter, improves customer service and improves data accuracy during the sign up process. It also features an offline mode which allows casino staff to take sign up capability to far reaching areas and off site events, adding even greater reach for the Players Club

Playersoft was launched by a group of established casino operators in August of 2010.
