The platform will be publicly revealed for the first time today at this year's 14 Annual HR Technology Conference and Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada.

SocialEars is a groundbreaking algorithm that captures real-time online content, and analyzes the tweets, blogs and online articles by thousands of HR journalists, media outlets, analysts and thought leaders to show which topics are trending and who is driving the conversations. The software combines "social" data analytics, cloud computing and HRmarketer industry knowledge to help customers stay current with emerging trends and target their PR and marketing campaigns to engage the right influencers.
