Lightspeed stays on my all time top list of partners. They do 'partnership' better than anyone. The presentations were focused, clear, and enthusiastic.

Lightspeed Systems welcomed its business partners to San Diego on September 8, 2011 for a unique training opportunity. PartnerLaunch 2011 provided Lightspeed Systems partners and resellers with necessary tools to market and sell the company’s innovative school network solutions. The event was focused on equipping partners with relevant industry and product information and inspiring them for a successful year.

All 85 partners in attendance were given access to Lightspeed technical and sales experts to discuss new product offerings, learn about new opportunities, and share best practices. Attendees also enjoyed social events that allowed them to interact with one another in a relaxing, fun environment.

“I am excited about the direction Lightspeed is going,” shared partner Bill Cheesman, Vice President of YMNet, Inc. in California. “Educating us as partners on their vision for the future and new product solutions is definitely a value-added service. I am looking forward to attending PartnerLaunch again next year.”

The Lightspeed Systems Partner Program allows resellers to expand their K12 product offering with best-of-breed internet filter, network management, security, and optimization solutions—as well as an innovative safe learning platform that allows them to extend their service offering to curriculum directors. Training, empowering, and rewarding partners is a high priority for the company.

Both new and existing partners benefited from the in-depth product and sales discussions and presentations. Long time, successful partner Rich Barker had this to say about the event: “As always Lightspeed stays on my all time top list of partners. They do 'partnership' better than anyone. The presentations were focused, clear, and enthusiastic.”

Andy McBride, Channel Director at Lightspeed Systems, was very pleased with the partner attendance and overall event. “We tried a new approach to training our partners this year and it worked. Our goal is continue to provide support and knowledge to partners, while sharing our passion for K-12 education technology. We want to foster effective relationships with our partners and ensure their success for years to come.”
