Cats have positive effects on human moods. According to Psyblog.com and other health sites, research carried out by anthrozoologists claims that these feline friends could alleviate negative moods – helping people cope with a variety of ailments and depression. In her love for cats, author Barbara Lutz pens My Cat, a charming picture book that young children will love.

My Cat is a vibrant picture book that displays the love and friendship of a young girl to her cat, vice versa. Through rhyme and rhythm, it tells how these two get along and how they enjoy each other’s company. Young readers will witness their daily routine and will feel the presence of their special bond throughout the pages. Furthermore, its easy-to-read lines and colorful illustrations will invite emerging and reluctant readers to start reading or learn to read faster.

Made available through Xlibris, My Cat is a heartwarming children’s book that portrays the author’s fondness for cats and leaves the message of friendship and love to readers.
