Web Presence Bundle from LocalHood Marketing

A mobile site facilitates an optimal user experience because they're packed with features that make it easy for your customers to find what they want.

LocalHood Marketing Canada has introduced a bundled package of four distinct digital services for local businesses. The four services capitalize on the web’s hottest marketing trends and the integrated bundle makes it simple and affordable for a small business to grow it's local web presence.

The four bundled services include a Facebook Fanpage with apps, a mobile website, an optimized business listing on LocalHood.ca and the distribution of a press release related to an advertiser’s business.

1. Facebook Fanpage with Applications

The Facebook Fanpage with apps can help a local business get found by people who are searching for the types of products or services that they sell. App is short for application which is a program that allows visitors to a business Fanpage to share content and interact with other users.

LocalHood Marketing builds an advertiser's Fanpage with a suite of apps that can help grow the number of likes that the advertiser’s page attracts. The apps can help an advertiser connect and engage with current and potential customers, to create a community around their business and to promote other content the advertiser creates such as webinars, blog articles, or other resources. A Fanpage with apps can help generate leads for almost any type of advertiser including B2B enterprises.

2. Mobile Website

A mobile website renders better on mobile web device such as smart phones and tablets compared than traditional, native websites. Mobile sites conserve bandwidth for faster loading times and site navigation is mobile browser friendly. The sites feature GPS and mapping tools as well as summarized content for fast, easy browsing.

LocalHood Marketing Manager, Wilf Barnes, believes that every business should have a mobile web site. "A mobile site facilitates an optimal user experience because they're packed with features that make it easy for your customers to find what they want. When people search the web with their mobile devices looking for a local business or service, they typically want to find location information, hours of operation and a phone number or maybe even coupon information."

Traditional websites can be slow loading on mobile devices and tricky to navigate on a small mobile screen. Mobile websites place the key business information on one screen.

3. Optimized LocalHood.ca Business Listing

Optimized LocalHood.ca listings are search engine optimized allowing an advertiser some control over their LocalHood.ca URL, their meta tags and keyword selection. Listings can also feature click to call and click to sms functionality.

Listings are Facebook integrated allowing visitors to share an advertiser’s content on Facebook to "Like" their listing, and to post the advertisers deals on their wall. Google+ integration will also be a feature of these optimized listings and advertisers will receive monthly stats via email concerning how many impressions their listing has attracted in addition to other marketing analytics.

4. Press Release

The final feature of the core four web presence bundle, includes a search engine friendly press release that links back to your LocalHood.ca listing. The release is submitted to the major search engines including Google, Yahoo and Bing. It is also submitted to more than 30,000 journalists and bloggers.

The press release could be an announcement about the business, a new product launch, an event, a current promotion, the sponsorship of a minor sports team and so on. The release is distributed to every major news site and search engine on the Web, and can put a business in front of both consumers and journalists.

LocalHood Marketing has already signed up a test group of customers that may be featured as case studies for the Core 4 Bundle Web Presence Bundle. The test group includes a Taxi Service, a Pawn Shop, a Financial Services firm, a Mortgage Brokerage, a Plumbing Services Company, a Dentist, an Indian Food Restaurant and a few B2B service companies.
