WhenToManage Restaurant Solutions releases new user experience to their inventory, labor and above-store reporting web applications aligning with what restaurant operators want in a back office solution - ease of use!

WhenToManage Restaurant Solutions has redesigned its UI (User Interface), simplifying an already intuitive web application that features a restaurant productivity dashboard summarizing a variety of data for Employee Scheduling, Inventory Management and POS Analytics.

The new look popped up for a small numbers of users in early September and now has gone live. WhenToManage users will now see the initial stages of a powerfully simple product strategy: making back office solutions more collaborative, accessible and exciting to use when signing in to my.whentomanage.com.

"We're working on several projects simultaneously to bring our customers a new and improved WhenToManage experience. And over the next few months, our customers will continue to see more updates and new product offerings," said Kristin Kerge, WhenToManage’s Product Manager.
Major differences between the two designs are in-context navigation functionality (how easy it is to customize per location, or concept) and reporting consolidation for what Kerge described as a cleaner, more appetizing look (restaurant-related pun intended).

"The way people use and experience online productivity solutions are evolving, and our goal is to give customers an ‘a ha’ moment when they use the system with a consistent online experience -- one that works no matter which WhenToManage product you're using," she said. Other upcoming changes for WhenToManage products include additional accounting solution integrations and enhanced multi concept reporting dashboards. “ Our customers need to constantly leverage data from multiple applications through a WTM account, and they need to do this simply." Kerge said.
