Control Concepts, Inc. (CCI) released NetLinxDiag®, a mobile application diagnostic tool that gives professional AV technicians and programmers the capability to monitor and control device events on the AMX® NetLinx® control system using an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch.
NetLinxDiag® connects the iPhone to control points on the AMX® system via WiFi. Control points include any RS-232 Port, IR Port, IO, Relay or Touch Panel connected to the AMX® NetLinx® system.
CCI’s NetLinxDiag® features include:
- Ability to locate all controllers on the network
- Monitoring capabilities to manage and control device events
- Notification features using event filters to improve diagnostics
- Notification histories to capture data
- Option to emulate devices to test program codes
