The latest version of the ActivConnect toolbar adds the insight of ActivEngage real-time business intelligence to a dealer’s social media engagement. All customer clicks, click paths and keywords are analyzed and reported for dealers to digest and make informed marketing decisions. Further, ActivConnect 2.0 also includes geo-tracking and identifies unique and repeat visitors so that prospective customers can easily be identified.

ActivConnect 2.0 also features the addition of Google +1 and Facebook Like buttons to its array of social engagement opportunities. The toolbar’s improved social media connectivity allows shoppers to share the dealership website on all major social media sites including Twitter, Facebook, Delicious, StumbleUpon and more.
