Linkage announces The Linkage Leadership Academy, an immersive learning experience designed to help businesses and organizations meet the critical and ongoing need for talented leadership. The program prepares high-potential employees for next-generation leadership roles and enables them to produce superior results for their organizations.

The Academy is based on the High Impact Leadership Model, a proven leadership competency model co-developed by world-renowned leadership expert Warren Bennis and Linkage. The model is the result of an in-depth, longitudinal study which identified the key competencies, skills, and responsibility areas proven to differentiate superior leaders from average leaders in the public and private sectors.

“With 40% of business leaders leaving the workforce in the next 12 years, the competition for key talent is increasing,” says Harley Ostis, President, Professional Services and Principal Consultant. “The Linkage Leadership Academy prepares emerging and high-potential talent for leadership roles and enables them to reach higher levels of success and build great results in their organizations.”

The four-day, open-enrollment program integrates the best learning methods deployed by executive education professionals and delivers a comprehensive and integrated leadership development experience. The Academy integrates four assessments and multiple, customized skill-building modules and is led by highly-experienced consultants with an average of 20+ years of business and industry experience. Class sizes are small, with a limit of twenty participants in order to enhance learning and facilitate deep personal growth in leadership.

“In addition to the theoretical foundation for effective leadership, our highly-experienced consultants share the critical skills and knowledge they have acquired from their roles as leadership consultants and executive coaches to global leaders and organizations,” stated Adam Rothberg, Program Manager of Linkage Training. “Participants leave the program with a set of skills and tools proven to accelerate their performance as leaders and drive superior results for their organizations.”

Jacqueline Jordan-Manuel, of the National Reconnaissance Office, who attended the pilot version last March in Washington DC, said “This program is outstanding and included very useful tools that can be implemented immediately. Sophia Gordon of Laschelles de Mercado & Co, LTD, who attended the first course in August, stated "The Leadership Academy was a highly interactive and hands-on learning experience for me. I am so impressed that I am sending additional groups of emerging leaders to Linkage’s next Leadership Academy."
