Linkage announces The Linkage Leadership Academy, an immersive learning experience designed to help businesses and organizations meet the critical and ongoing need for talented leadership. The program prepares high-potential employees for next-generation leadership roles and enables them to produce superior results for their organizations.

The Academy is based on the High Impact Leadership Model, a proven leadership competency model co-developed by world-renowned leadership expert Warren Bennis and Linkage. The model is the result of an in-depth, longitudinal study which identified the key competencies, skills, and responsibility areas proven to differentiate superior leaders from average leaders in the public and private sectors.

The four-day, open-enrollment program integrates the best learning methods deployed by executive education professionals and delivers a comprehensive and integrated leadership development experience. The Academy integrates four assessments and multiple, customized skill-building modules and is led by highly-experienced consultants with an average of 20+ years of business and industry experience. Class sizes are small, with a limit of twenty participants in order to enhance learning and facilitate deep personal growth in leadership.
