Russ Houberg, Senior Technical Architect, earned the Microsoft Certified Master (MCM) certification for SharePoint 2010.
The SharePoint Microsoft Certified Master (MCM) recognizes and validates individuals with the deepest technology skills on the SharePoint platform. To obtain the certification, Russ was required to participate in two weeks of advanced training at the Microsoft campus in Redmond, Washington, which prepared him to pass a set of supervised labs and written tests. Graduates of this program are recognized by Microsoft as the top SharePoint experts in the world. Russ has been with KnowledgeLake for seven years and is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist. He has been a developer for fifteen years, with seven years focused on SharePoint. Russ is responsible for designing the taxonomy and topology architecture for KnowledgeLake’s document imaging customers who require enterprise scalability. Russ is the author of the “SharePoint Storage Architecture White Paper” and recently co-authored the book "SharePoint Server 2010 – Enterprise Content Management".
