Bianca Jagger says “The event brings together two of my great passions: human rights and the arts. The evening will highlight the invaluable role that artists have played in standing for democratic principles, in defence of human rights, civil liberties and freedom of expression.”
Phillips de Pury & Company is delighted to be hosting the charity auction ‘Arts for Human Rights’ on the 14th October to raise awareness and funds for the Bianca Jagger Human Rights Foundation (BJHRF). This event, sponsored by Swarovski, will be the first fundraising event for the charity. Highlights of the auction will be on view at Howick Place from 6 – 14 October 2011.
Awards designed by Marc Quinn and produced by Swarovski, will be presented to two inspiring figures for their outstanding contribution to human rights, social justice and the environment.
