The 410 Group and PinPoint Commercial, LP, announced today the upcoming ground breaking of Legacy at Bear Creek, a 95,000 sq. ft. assisted living and memory care facility in Keller, Texas. The site is being developed along with Outer Marker Properties, LLC and is part of Keller Town Center, a 340-acre, mixed-use planned development. The anticipated opening of the facility is scheduled for fall of 2012.This site marks the 4th development currently underway for this partnership, which is developing similar, community-focused properties in Texas, Georgia, and Florida.

Legacy at Bear Creek will be positioned on approximately 3.5 acres of land and is designed to contain 78 total units, with a combination of assisted living and memory care units. It is a part of Keller Town Center, which was created through a public-private partnership, and includes pedestrian trails, lakes and water features, and greenbelts. The Town Center incorporates ground-floor retail with office lofts above, restaurants, entertainment venues, municipal and public gathering places, as well as luxury housing that together create a unique sense of community.
