California Knife and Blade, Inc. recently announced a new brand, called Baucor, for its precision industrial blades, machine knives and custom surgical blades. California Knife & Blade, Inc, will be the main manufacturer and supplier for Baucor brand.
The new brand and division, Baucor, is specialized in manufacturing razor sharp custom and off-the-shelf industrial blades, replacement machine knives, medical blades as well as custom components made from a range of ground hardened tool steels and Tungsten Carbide.
Baucor, the new brand and division of California Knife & Blade, Inc, will serve a wide range of converting industries including packaging, recycling, food processing, poultry and meat processing, paper converting, textile and non-woven converting, tire and rubber conversion, plastic, metal and all other converting industries that require razor sharp precision cutting knives and blades. Baucor will also be the main brand of California Knife & Blade, Inc, for custom surgical blades, medical knives and surgical saw knives for its customers in medical device industry.
Baucor's knife portfolio will include circular slitting knives, serrated blades, top and bottom circular blades, pointed-tip knives, score slitter knives, perforating blades, guillotine knives, rotary shear blades, saw blades, toothed knives, straight shear blades. tray sealer knives, cut off blades, scraper knives, guillotine blades, circular razor blades and many others.
These precision knives and blades are manufactured from ground hardened tool steels, high grade stainless steels as well as carefully selected Tungsten Carbide grades.
With its high tech 3 and 5 axis CNC machine shop as well as precision Wire EDM machines, Baucor, as part of California Knife and Blade, Inc, will also be the contract manufacturer for custom wear parts, precision custom components, Tungsten Carbide components, and die and punches for its customers in various industries including aerospace, defense, automotive, oil and gas, and renewable energy.
