Leading London-based property maintenance and refurbishment company, aspect.co.uk, has appointed franchise specialist, Bev Regan, to run its newly established franchise division.
In July 2011, aspect.co.uk launched its franchise business, commencing its national roll out, and its bid to become the UK’s leading property maintenance and refurbishment brand. With the tagline ‘one call property care’, aspect.co.uk manages all maintenance issues, from the drains to the roof and everything in between, for domestic properties, bars, restaurants, offices and business parks. Bev Regan brings more than 25 years’ experience across the franchising sector; both as a franchisee and franchisor – working in the retail and service industries. She was a franchisee for more than 18 years working with the brand Tumble Tots, and during this time she took the business from a young brand to becoming a flagship operation covering Hertfordshire, Middlesex, North and Northwest London. She then went on to sell this business, and joined an American franchisor, The Little Gym International, as its UK and Irish manager – here she successfully introduced a new concept to the UK and Irish markets. In this role, she sourced and awarded franchises and mentored franchisees, supporting them to grow and to develop their skills and businesses. Following this, she then took on the role of European operations manager at Nevada Bob’s Europe – another successful franchise business.
Today, Regan brings her 360 degree knowledge of the franchising system to aspect.co.uk. She will take what co-founders, William Davies and Nick Bizley, have developed and build this into a franchise network. Managing director, William Davies, commented:

Guidance will be given by the management team, which has already successfully built the business and who understand the key drivers for success in the industry.
