Company’s Monthly Restaurant Recognition Program Takes Diners to Popular Japanese Dining Destinations

Craving sushi or sashimi? How about tempura? Consumers looking to take their taste buds on an exotic adventure this month can turn to for the answer. The company announces its October edition of “Behind the Menu,” featuring Japanese cuisine.

The monthly “Behind the Menu” theme is selected based on cultural relevance and seasonality, and the restaurants are chosen on how they relate to the theme based on criteria including the restaurant’s popularity with diners, high standards for service, unique cuisine and memorable ambiance.
