Sneaker Fest Live, brought to you by the brains behind InkFest Live, is dropping at the Carole A Hoefner Center in Charlotte, North Carolina on October 29 for an action-packed day of DJ scratch battles, B-boy dance-offs, graffiti demos, and the latest in urban clothing, art and sneaker trends.

Admission is $15 for the all-day event which runs from 10am to 6pm. Attendees are encouraged to bring up to two pairs of kicks for sale or trade.

SneakerFest Live is the newest creation by entrepreneur Jose A. Martinez, the innovative mind behind the history-making, urban-themed traveling tattoo expo, InkFest Live. “SneakerFest Live is the only sneaker expo with an urban landscape. It combines the rarest kicks with graffiti demonstrations, DJ battles, and the latest trends from the concrete jungle,” says Martinez. “Now is the time to see the future of sneaker expos, SneakerFest Live.”

The Carole A Hoefner Center, which is hosting the event, is located in the heart of Charlotte and will provide the massive square-footage needed to bring all of these special entities under a single roof. Vendors will be providing first-hand demos and sales of their hottest merch and sneaker lines, and during the whole event, attendees will be able to trade, swap and sell the sneakers everyone is dying to own.

Entertainment will be provided by emcee Justin Aswell of Mr. Invisible, an authentic, all-vinyl DJ scratch battle, and a B-Boy battle with a $500 grand prize.

Martinez adds, “At SneakerFest Live, you will mingle with top industry manufacturers, vendors and sneaker heads, all while listening to the best entertainment. SneakerFest live captures the lifestyle side of Urban Arts… not just the sneakers.”
