Responding to increasing demand for high quality office space in Manhattan’s Grand Central business district; Empire Offices has opened their fourth (4th ) New York office center.

The new office facility is located at 535 Fifth Avenue (44th Street) and was custom designed by Empire Offices’ seasoned management team.

"We wanted to create a truly unique office space,” says Kieran Aylward, Senior Vice President at Empire Offices. The new center features 50 private office spaces, furnished with Steelcase Desks and Herman Miller Aeron Chairs. Each office has a 32” LED TV with CNN, CNBC and other select cable channels. There are three (3) meeting spaces including a cutting edge 16 person board room with mood lighting, automatic shades, in-table HDMI and USB data ports connecting to a 70” LED monitor. Empire Offices has also rolled out its newest concept, The Hub Lounge. The Hub Lounge features a fully operational pantry area serving freshly brewed Starbucks coffee, an iPad bar table, club seating and quiet nooks.
