Beth began her career with Marietta Corporation as Human Resource Manager for the Olive Branch, MS and Cortland, NY locations. Most recently she served as Director of Human Resources for Marietta Corporation before accepting her new role as Vice President. Prior to Marietta, she worked for 8 years at Alcoa.
Strategically, Beth will continue to align HR practices and procedures to better serve organizational needs as well as drive the HR team and participate in all organizational goals and initiatives. She will continue to oversee all Human Resource functions at all plant facilities, including all location Human Resources Professionals/Managers.
Beth earned a BSBA degree from Union University, holds a Masters of Art in Executive Leadership from Christian Brothers University and certification in Senior Professional Human Resources. She splits time between Cortland, NY and Southaven, MS with her husband and daughter.
Currently, Beth serves on the Cortland County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors; the Board of Directors for the Metro Industrial Park in Olive Branch, MS; and the Board of Directors for the Desoto County Economic Council. Other activities include Desoto Literacy Board, Co-Chair Relay for Life Desoto County and the Desoto County Foundation for Excellence.
