"These children need our hearts, no matter how broken. I hope I can encourage others to try and give their heart, even if it feels broken beyond human repair,” said actress, Mayim Bialik.

Online boutique, WayTutuCute.com, recently attended a Pre-Emmy Parenting Lounge with a very specific mission: To get celebrities including Melissa Joan Hart, Mayim Bialik, Ana Ortiz, Sarah Drew, Jodie Sweetin, Marley Shelton, Thomas Ian Nicholas, Lindsay Price and Ming-Na to autograph a poster that will be auctioned off by the Joshua and Robin Berry Children’s Trust this month in Houston, TX. The poster features artwork by well-respected South Florida artist Michele Bernstein, as well as a photo of the Berry Family of Houston, Texas who were struck by tragedy this past July. The three Berry children, 9-year old Peter, 8-year old Aaron and 6-year old Willa lost both of their parents, Joshua and Robin Berry, in a horrific car accident July 3rd. All three children were injured in the crash. The boys suffered spinal injuries that caused permanent paralysis and will require long-term medical and rehabilitative care estimated to cost in the millions.
“The story of the Berry children is so tragic, so heart breaking and elicits such a sense of helplessness that it almost makes one want to turn away from it.” said actress Mayim Bialik. “By giving my heart to this cause, I force myself to not look away and to not despair. These children need our hearts, no matter how broken. I hope I can encourage others to try and give their heart, even if it feels broken beyond human repair.”
Bialik and other celebrities, including Lady Gaga and Britney Spears, the Kardashians, Diddy, Jennifer Hudson, Selena Gomez, Julianne Hough, Nicole Scherzinger and the cast members of the hit TV show “Glee”, have all stepped up, providing pictures to support the “Show Your Hearts” campaign. They are encouraging followers on social media outlets including Facebook to replace avatars and profile pictures with downloadable “Show Your Hearts” artwork. Participants are also asked to show their support by posting photos and videos of themselves making the “heart” symbol with their hands.
People are encouraged to learn more and to donate $5 or more to the Berry Children’s Trust (http://www.facebook.com/BerryChildren) or to make a $10 donation by texting BERRY to 85944.
Donations generated by the “Show Your Hearts” fundraising campaign will benefit the Joshua and Robin Berry Children’s Trust.
The celebrity poster campaign is being spearheaded by WayTutuCute.com, an online boutique that promotes and sells items created by or handmade by Moms and Dads all over the country. At least 50% of the items sold are handmade, including apparel, shoes, tutus, accessories, room décor, personalized gifts and more. WayTutuCute.com believes in giving back, and continues to raise money for various causes throughout the year.
