The Why Wait on Your Weight Seminar is being held on Saturday, October 29th thru Sunday, October 30th at Life Path Spa, a health and wellness spa retreat in the Finger Lakes of NY. It’s a weekend filled with fitness classes, personal coaching, educational seminars, and healthy meal choices.
The seminar aims to lead people on the right path for effective weight control, and encourage a healthy lifestyle that focuses on ways to exercise your body and mind while caring for your soul.
“Why Wait on Your Weight Seminar is an event to promote healthy living,” Maureen Cleveland says, owner of Life Path Spa. “Our goal is inform the public with the right information on how to lose weight effectively and with a healthy perspective.”
The weekend package includes:
● Healthy well balanced meals
● Stretch, conditioning, yoga, and hoola hoop classes
● Guided Hikes or Fitness Walks
● Spa treatments
● An educational seminar on the Psychology of Weight and Weight loss
● Insight on personal weight loss journey, imagery presentation, and motivation by Dr. Meami Craig
● Optional Individual one hour coaching sessions, or work with a nutritionist
Throughout the day guests can join fitness classes, enjoy a pampering spa treatment, and evening classes include healthy cooking, belly dancing, essential oil and yoga classes. Classes run until 9 p.m. Cost is $125 per day without a room, and up to $275 per day including lodging at Bristol Harbour Resort.
