The longest established practice in Brighton & Hove, Howlett Clarke provides a full range of legal services for clients nationwide. To maintain and build upon its position in the sector, and in line with the QualitySolicitors ethos, the firm recognised a need to implement a core system that would enable it to provide a streamlined service of the very highest standards.
Following a full review of the legal software market, the firm selected Eclipse's Proclaim system. Howlett Clarke is implementing Proclaim across the entire practice, with Case Management solutions in the Conveyancing, Personal Injury, Matrimonial, Probate and Employment teams. In addition, the firm is tailoring a Proclaim Matter Management solution for its Landlord & Tenant, Civil Litigation and Company Commercial units.
To complete the full Proclaim Practice Management rollout, Howlett Clarke is also implementing Proclaim Accounts. Eclipse is carrying out a conversion of data from the firm's incumbent financial software system.
