Two months after the acquisition of Kite Packaging Scotland, W & M Watson Packaging is thrilled to report that the integration has been fully completed and successful.

We are excited the integration was such a smooth success

Two weeks after the purchase of Kite Packaging Scotland for an undisclosed amount W & M Watson Packaging moved across five new employees and all stock resources into their Rutherglen location.
In preparation for the integration, WMW expanded their warehouse capabilities by 100%, providing more space and the ability to serve their vastly growing customer base. WMW’s fully expanded warehouse now houses five new fleet vehicles, 50,000 square feet of space and 3,000 pallets of corrugated and packaging products.

As part of the integration WMW renovated their internal offices, upgraded to a full security system and hired a new office administrator for complete efficiency. ‘With our increased buying power and accessible new fleet, our customers are happier and getting more value for their money with the highest quality of customer service in the industry’ says new sales director Mike McCole. ‘We are excited the integration was such a smooth success’.

WMW’s goal for the New Year is to influence positive change in the packaging industry with quality products, stellar customer service and wholesome family business integrity throughout the central belt. With the potential of a very strong finish to 2011, WMW anticipates a very successful 2012.
