Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Wholesale Distribution offers distributors increased capabilities in several key areas; sales operations and management, targeted marketing and customer service.

Beringer creates a data conduit between Microsoft CRM and other systems in use at the business like ERP and accounting systems. This allows data such as product/inventory, quotes, orders, invoices and customer account information to flow into the CRM system. This gives users easy access to information and allows this data to be used in targeted marketing, reporting/analysis and workflow processes (such as notifying a sales rep. when a custom gets put on credit hold).

Beringer is also readying the release of a cloud based data integration product that allows point and click integrations between Microsoft CRM and backend ERP systems used in most distribution businesses. "This will allow us and our clients to very rapidly deploy data integration points between these data silos for a true 360-degree view of customer information." Microsoft CRM for Wholesale Distribution is available for both implementation models of MSCRM, on-premise and online.
