The Juniper-Cedexis CDN Solution for Service Providers accelerates Web content performance by monitoring over 500 million real Web user performance metrics and acting on optimal routes. By avoiding slow spots and routing around outages, the solution advances a company’s ability to ensure a responsive and rich Web experience, no matter where end users reside around the world.
Cedexis also announced today it is the first cloud performance subscription service to support the emerging Application Layer Traffic Optimization (ALTO) Internet standard. Cedexis support of ALTO eases customer interoperability with cloud-driven data feeds, enabling service providers and companies to act on a variety of customized data from multiple sources.

Customers already using Juniper Networks Media Flow Solution simply add a Cedexis cloud service subscription to initiate the intelligent, automated content routing decision-making.
Service provider (SP) customers can especially benefit from the joint solution’s rapid time to deployment, thanks in part to the Cedexis cloud-delivered model. The real-time performance optimization helps differentiate the SP’s quality-of-service, while the solution’s broadly supported range of standards and protocols enables providers to act on performance gains across both federated content partners and hybrid cloud IT environments.
