SBIv4 highlights include enhancements to make the Passenger platform more conducive to R&D, member-driven ideation and product innovation strategy. The “Ideas” feature allows community members to submit their ideas and invite other members to comment and rate their ideas. The mobile application allows members to submit ideas with photos and video on the go, at the point of inspiration. Also, a patent-pending redesign of the live chat feature offers an improved user experience.
