On October 13, at the Airline & Travel Payments Summit in Toronto, Canada, Schwark Satyavolu, co-founder and CEO of Truaxis(formerly BillShrink), will lead a discussion on improving loyalty programs through better data and segmentation and insight during a session titled “The Market of One: Driving Revenue and Loyalty Through Personalized Offers.” Schwark will discuss why loyalty programs must evolve to not only lower costs, but also drive better results for both card issuers and customers. During his session, he will draw industry examples from Truaxis’ award-winning StatementRewards technology, which uses an advanced patent-pending algorithm to deliver customized merchant deals to customers directly within their online debit/credit statements and mobile devices.
This is the fifth year for the Airline & Travel Payment Summit (ATPS), which has become the industry standard for developing best practices for airline and travel payment acceptance and fraud prevention. This year will also combine the Co-Brand Partnerships Conference, the only dedicated conference for airline co-branded credit card partnerships and revenues.
ATPS/Co-Brand 2011 will take place from October 12-13 at the Hilton Toronto.
