The NYU Stern School of Business’ fifth annual Luxury & Retail Conference will take place on October 28, 2011. This year’s conference theme, “From Retail to Me-tail: Delivering to the Connected Consumer” will explore how the retail customer has evolved in light of changing technological platforms, and more importantly, what brands are doing to keep up with the trend. This year conference attendance is expected to reach three hundred MBA students from top institutions, alumni, and industry professionals.

The conference will comprise two keynote addresses, a C-Suite Spotlight panel and three breakout sessions focused on digital strategies in retail, sustainability and sourcing, and BRIC markets as luxury and retail's new frontier.
