Bullhorn Continues Sizzling Growth

Users and bookings up over 40 percent during the first half of 2011 while monthly activity volume crosses the one billion threshold.

Recruiting software provider Bullhorn, Inc. today reported continued strong results for the first six months of 2011, with new bookings and paid user count both up over 40% compared to the same period in 2010. Heavy demand pushed usage to over one billion transactions per month. Bullhorn also extended its technological lead with new solutions for mobile recruiting, social media, email and calendar integration as well as doubling the size of its Bullhorn Marketplace partner ecosystem.

Client and revenue growth remained strong across the board. New domestic clients like Accretive plus international business from Venquis, Investigo, Bluefin, ReThink, Recruit 121 and others combined with a 75% jump in organic growth to fuel the expansion. Bullhorn’s growth rate led to numerous industry accolades including a fifth consecutive year on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies in America, a fourth year on the Software 500 index of fast-growing software companies, and membership in the AlwaysOn OnDemand 100.

Bullhorn’s recruiting platform now handles a substantial amount of the nation’s employment activity. The one billion monthly transactions include about 150,000 new and filled job orders as well over a million job seeker views. Between the company’s recruitment CRM and social recruiting product lines, over 45,000 users across more than 5,000 companies rely on Bullhorn technology to help people and employers come together.

Product investment further expanded the Bullhorn applicant tracking platform. The company developed a completely new, touch-enabled Mobile application to give recruiters instant access to candidates, clients and jobs while on the go. The Bullhorn Marketplace partner ecosystem added new, pre-integrated recruiting applications from FirstAdvantage, InsightSquared, eQuest, Jobaline, Drag n Tag, and Dialogue while client adoption of Marketplace solutions doubled.

Bullhorn completed development of Bullhorn Reach, the industry’s most popular tool for social recruiting. During its early 2011 beta period Bullhorn Reach attracted over 10,000 users on the way to over 20,000 today. Bullhorn Reach™ was also recognized as a finalist in two MITX innovation award categories.

To support continuing growth, Bullhorn doubled the size of its customer support team, leading to a reduction in hold times by 75%, a 60% boost in first call resolution, and a 30% jump in customer satisfaction ratings.
