National Steak and Poultry has added 5 new additions to their sirloin steak offerings under the brand name Steakhouse Certified®. The line extension is targeted for Family Dining, Casinos, Catering and College / Universities.

These new additions to our Steakhouse Certified® line will be of great benefit for operators. Each steak is cut from USDA Boneless Beef Sirloin Ball Tip and is lean and flavorful and packed small for ease of handling.

National Steak and Poultry has been very successful with their products under the brand name Steakhouse Certified®. This line extension consists of five new beef items for the center of the plate. Each item is packaged with 1 to 4 pieces per pouch.

The new beef items are part of the Steakhouse Certified® brand that has been around for over 10 years and is well established in the food service market place. The brand is known for a broad selection of sizes and cuts in mouthwatering flavor profiles.

There are 5 beef items available in this line extension. All of the Steakhouse Certified® line is to be used at the center of the plate. Food Service operators will appreciate the USDA Boneless Beef Sirloin Ball Tip in a variety of sizes and flavors. The 5 new items are; VS88408 a 4 ounce Boneless Beef Sirloin Ball Tip Savory Flavor, VS88608 a 6 ounce Boneless Beef Sirloin Ball Tip Savory Flavor, VS88708 a 7 ounce Boneless Beef Sirloin Ball Tip Savory Flavor, VS88808 a 8 ounce Boneless Beef Sirloin Ball Tip Savory Flavor, VS88508 a 5 ounce Boneless Beef Sirloin Ball Tip Black Peppercorn & Garlic Flavor.

The five new additions are part of the Steakhouse Certified® line and have packaging, portions and flavors that will be appreciated by all Food Service operators. Each item is packed for convenience with 1 to 4 steaks per pouch. Portions range from 4 ounces to 8 ounces and each steak is lean and flavorful. These steaks are cut from USDA Boneless Beef Sirloin Ball Tip and come with a Savory Beefy Aujus marinade or Black Pepper & Garlic marinade. National Steak and Poultry’s Steakhouse Certified® products are an ideal fit for anyone looking for a quality consistent product that will build more sales with bigger margins.
