Email marketing agency i.send has rebranded as little green plane and has launched a new website to prepare for growth in the UK market.

Originally an east of England-focused agency, little green plane is planning to compete at a national level to become one of the country’s largest self-service email marketing agencies.

little green plane will continue to provide email marketing software, design, consultancy and training for small to medium sized enterprises as well as offering partnership packages to other digital, PR and marketing agencies.

Rechenda Smith, head of email marketing at little green plane, said: “We’ve made the change to our corporate brand in order to take on the big boys of self-service email marketing. We remain committed to providing the best service, products and advice to our customers. The new name and website is simply a natural evolution of our growth.”

little green plane has bases in rural Suffolk and London but covers the whole of the country - and beyond.

Rechenda continued: “The ‘green’ in little green plane was chosen to represent a positive ‘go’ message and to reflect the environmentally-friendly nature of email. The plane is representative of a vehicle to help our clients take their businesses higher. Our company is built on four pillars; quality, transparency, professionalism and being bold in the market place – our new brand name was selected to reflect this. little green plane represents the best of British email marketing.”

The agency believes in the quality of its user-friendly product; so much so it will never tie its customers into a contract. The company is also committed to providing quality education and the best customer service experience to ensure its clients produce the best quality email marketing campaigns as possible.

In addition, little green plane offers an all-inclusive transparent pricing system – all their customers pay the same no matter what size or type of organisation they belong to. With little green plane, clients have access to its entire top level reporting and features whether they are spending £30 or £3,000. The only reason someone pays more is if they send more emails.

little green plane is a member of the Direct Marketing Association, the Chartered Institute of Marketing and econsultancy, and as a result, is at the heart of new email marketing knowledge, which it passes on to its customers. By delivering best practice education via its online resource centre and reviewing developments in the market, little green plane seeks to become a leading authority in the UK email marketing landscape.

Established in 2001, little green plane’s client roster includes RAF Museum, Ipswich Town FC, Proton, Birketts LLP and the NHS.
