Bethesda, MD (PRWEB) October 12, 2011
Catapult Technology has been selected as one of the top 53 businesses in the State of Maryland by The Gazette of Politics and Business. Catapult CEO Randy J. Slager will attend the fourth annual awards ceremony on Wednesday, October 19th at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel in Bethesda.
Catapult was recognized for its exceptional growth during the last three years as well as its community service programs. Slager said, “I am extremely pleased that Catapult has been selected for this accolade, but I attribute the company’s success to the professionalism our employees provide to customers every day.” Catapult appeared on the P&B Exceptional 53 list in 2009, ranking at #28. Additionally, the Gazette selected Slager as one of its “25 CEOs You Need to Know” in 2009.
Catapult will be profiled in a special section as part of the Friday October 21st edition of The Gazette of Politics and Business.
The P&B 53 program, produced by The Gazette P&B, acknowledges the top 53 businesses and organizations in Maryland based on criteria that included the recipient company’s annual revenue and employee growth as well as noteworthy product or service innovations, community service efforts, how they have steered their way through the economic downturn, and how the companies portrayed themselves as “good places to work.”
The awards ceremony, sponsored by RMR & Associates, CPR Multimedia Solutions and Rockville Printing & Graphics, will precede a lavish dinner and networking activities at the hotel.
