The Collegian Region has been developed to connect students from around the world who have similar academic interests, hobbies, and career goals. Unlike other social networks, students get the priviliedge of having access to many educational benefits.

"An education obtained with money is worse than no education at all." - Socrates

Now live, The Collegian Region's free membership entitles and gives college students access to chat forums, job opportunities, U.S. universities/colleges, a book club, scholarship opportunities, college news and events, blogs, and brain games. Additionally, college professors and high school instructors may sign up to become moderators of the site which gives them the convenience of posting blogs, videos, or any pertinent information that they find valuable for students.

Another important and more focal aspect of this social network is that students may network with other foreign students to learn about their culture, hobbies, and academic aspirations. This particular benefit is a great priviledge for students who are disadvantaged and do not have an opportunitiy to travel for foreign studies. When students sign up, each will create a profile, expressing his name, age, year as a student, academic interests, college she attends, etc. Once this is complete, you are locked in as a permanent member.

As our network expands over time, students will also have the opportunity to create resume profiles for employers, agents and online recruiters. This will in turn give companies an opportunity to streamline what they are looking for as well as assess potential intern opportunities for students who are in college.

Come join today, network with other students nationally and internationally, and enjoy the honor of being a Collegiate leader.
