About the T4 Program
This $12 billion Multiple Award contract will provide program management expertise and support for life cycle management of enterprise-wide solutions in IT for the VA’s Office of Information and Technology (OIT). The engagement, procured out of the VA’s TAC, offers an opportunity for multiple prime and subcontractors to provide a broad range of services and products. “T4 is a major tool in the transformation of VA into a 21stCentury organization,” said Secretary of Veterans Affairs Eric K. Shinseki. “These contracts will enable VA to acquire services for information technology programs that will help ensure timely delivery of healthcare and benefits to our veterans.”
