Action, suspense, and mystery explosively collide as Ed Williams treats readers with The Marble. Made available through Xlibris, this book follows one man’s quest towards the truth, only to be trapped in a cryptic maze of schemes and deceit.
Jack Sanford, a man of dignity, is in for another CSI duty. This time, he and his colleagues and crew are probing into a murder and mutilation of three young women. Always been passionate about his job, Jack dedicates himself to finding clues that would direct his team to the criminal. But when their intense investigation becomes insufficient and when all the clues lead them to a dead end, they finally realize that their pervert is closer to them than they had ever suspected. They stumble upon a coincidental murder that eventually leads them to the real murderer. But who among Jack’s trusted persons is capable of doing such a gruesome crime? The turn of events changes Jack’s life forever.
With an assemblage of interesting characters that plays along unpredictable twists and erratic turns, The Marble will hook readers from the first page down to the last. This book will be featured at the 2011 California Library Association Book Exhibit in Pasadena, CA, on November 11 to 14, 2011.
