Cigna and DailyFeats are working together to drive positive change for real people.

DailyFeats, Inc., a team focused on making positive action part of everyday life via its website and app that helps people do good things every day for health and happiness, announced today that President & COO Morley Ivers will speak at Loyalty World USA 2011 on the topic of "Doing Well by Doing Good: Leveraging Conventional Loyalty for an Unconventional Challenge."

Alongside Nicole Morgan, VP at Cigna, Ivers will discuss the recently announced DailyFeats-Cigna partnership, and how Cigna and DailyFeats are working together to drive positive change for real people.

"I'm excited to preview DailyFeats' innovations in leveraging loyalty to transform lives for the better," says Ivers, "and I'm looking forward to sharing our upcoming challenges and opportunities with my fellow rewards practitioners at Loyalty World USA."

Available free at dailyfeats.com for web, iPhone and Android users, DailyFeats guides people in doing small but significant actions, or "feats," that can add up to big change. Along the way, people earn points, can share with friends, and treat themselves or others to real-life rewards, motivating them to do something good -- every day.

Cigna is DailyFeats’ exclusive health service sponsor, backing five "feats" at DailyFeats about happy and healthy life: eating fresh fruit and vegetables; playing with your kids; getting a workout; hitting a personal best; and just being yourself. Explore all Cigna's feats at cigna.dailyfeats.com.

Thanks to Cigna, DailyFeats members will also be able to use their points for the greater good, by triggering donations from Cigna to any of several 501(c)3 nonprofits, including the American Heart Association, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, P2V, and the Prevent Cancer Foundation.

"By connecting our purpose -- helping people reach their true potential -- with feats that help people get there, and with rewards that help people celebrate their accomplishments and magnify their impact, Cigna can reach consumers in a truly meaningful way," says Morgan. "At Loyalty World we'll demonstrate how this works, and explore the transformative potential of Cigna's integration with DailyFeats."

Formerly Chief Rewards Officer at the venture-backed company RecycleBank, where his team’s work in encouraging positive environmental actions earned Colloquy's 2010 Loyalty Marketing Innovation Award, Morley Ivers is an expert in encouraging consumer behavior through points and incentives, and building value for brands in the process. At DailyFeats, he works on leading the team to create market-leading partnerships that connect a coalition of brands with their feats.

Nicole Morgan is a VP at Cigna, where she focuses on consumer engagement, customer retention, and loyalty programs. She has served at Cigna for 7 years, including stints in Operations and Account Management prior to her current role, building a keen understanding of the health care vertical and a heartfelt commitment to positive change for Cigna's members.

Loyalty USA is a unique conference designed to assist businesses in understanding all the complex elements that go into designing a successful customer management strategy. The 2011 conference is about strategic and technology-based solutions behind the concepts of customer management.
