Champion Property Management has landed a spot on Columbus Business First’s list of property management companies in central Ohio.

The list, which was announced on Oct. 14, ranked property management companies by square feet managed, totaling each company’s managed office, retail, industrial and apartment space, in addition to managed condominiums and home owner associations. Champion made its list debut at No. 24, with a managed apartment portfolio of 2 million square feet.

“It is such an honor to make the list and to be ranked alongside the other property management giants of central Ohio,” Brian Yeager, president and CEO, said. “As we continue to grow our multi-family portfolio, it will be a goal of ours to not only make the list again next year, but increase our ranking.”

Currently, Champion manages a multi-family portfolio of nearly 2,000 units throughout central Ohio, including seven different locations in the well-respected neighborhoods of Lewis Center, Powell, Hilliard and Dublin.

“The quality individuals that make up our company have not only made this experience enjoyable, but have made this achievement possible,” Michelle Yeager, chief operating officer, said. “Their hard-working nature and ability to be efficient are what allow us as a company to grow and make a bigger presence in central Ohio.”
