Air Wisconsin Airlines Corporation today announced it has promoted Jim McLeod to the position of Director of Business Technology Delivery, reporting directly to Managing Director of Information Technology Jeff Joy. In his new role, McLeod will be responsible for managing IT business relationships, business intelligence (BI) and SharePoint delivery.
“Jim is an excellent addition to our IT leadership team. He has proven that he has strong insights in the use of business intelligence and other technologies to assist our operation and build solid business relationships,” noted Joy. “I look forward to his contributions as we continue to build on that foundation.”
McLeod brings extensive experience to his new role. He joined Air Wisconsin in 2009 as Business Partner/Applications Manager, serving as the IT Department’s primary liaison with Maintenance, Strategic Sourcing and Systems Operations Control (SOC). In this role, he led the integration of new technologies into our company’s daily business functions, drove process improvement and developed dynamic tools for Maintenance budgeting purposes.
McLeod earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
Air Wisconsin, the largest privately held regional airline in the United States, operates as US Airways Express, scheduling nearly 500 departures per day to 70 cities in 26 states and three Canadian provinces.
