Brand Identity Boutique Receives International Awards for Promotional Video Work

The Burbank Group, LLC, an award-winning corporate brand identity specialty boutique was recently awarded three 2011 international Summit Creative Awards. Among the honors was a Silver Award in the category of “Direction” for Andy Kushner Entertainment’s (AKE) PR Sizzle Reel. Two others were earned in the following categories: ”Product/Service Promotional Video” and “Overall Promotional Video.”

AKE’s PR Sizzle Reel appears online in several locations, including on the homepage of AKE’s portal (The Burbank Group won awards for rebranding this in 2010). According to President Karen M. Greenwald, “In today’s social media climate, where information abounds, consumers are largely persuaded by external sources of validation. Dialoguing with experts in a field is an excellent way to create and build this layer of trust in the marketplace—this was how/why I began my process by going to the experts. Personal statements from those that I interviewed, like Celebrity Lifestyle Guru Colin Cowie and Celebrity Cake Designer Sylvia Weinstock, combined with AKE’s dynamic and vibrant highlights would make for a powerful, undeniable message. Finding compelling ways to marry emotionally significant visuals with concrete verbal or written expressions of the same inspires me.”
