With its sheer number of regular Australian’s and global tourists, a Bali property investment is an obvious venture, but often overshadowed by cultural uncertainty and onerous leased-hold agreements.

Australian boutique developer, Mr John Migliore, has commenced marketing what he describes as ‘a true piece of surf-side paradise’ in remote Pekutatan, Negara near Medewi ( ).

His three, three bedroom, two bathroom luxury Bali villas that are for sale freehold ( include private pool and staff quarters, are not only being sold ‘free-hold’ but also built in a remote and tropical environment next to one of the Island’s most popular surf breaks

Mr Migliore said it’s like stepping back to the old Bali and people can feel the security of dealing with an Australian vendor.

“This location is truly paradise and would certainly suit someone looking for A Bali time-share or holiday accommodation arrangement. It is far enough away from the activity of Kuta and Seminyak, but close enough to visit, and just down the road from the popular surf mecca of Medewi - It is a true remote getaway,” Mr Migliore said.

Both villas are built a few metres from a sandy beach, are surrounded by Palm Trees, and look out onto protected forest. They are just 8km from the popular surf break of Medewi with village infrastructure close by.

“As a boutique property developer, I have been working in Bali for some time and am confident that this is not only a secure investment with great prospects, but also a unique one. To acquire a ‘free-hold’ property is a significant benefit in Indonesia. It means the property can be on-sold in its entirety,” Mr Migliore said.

“We have an excellent relationship with the local community and I think people will appreciate dealing with a vendor that understands the processes from a Western point of view, particularly while the Australian dollar is so high.”

The freehold properties are being sold for AUD$450k (INDR 4,050,000,000) and can attract up to AUD$250/night in accommodation rental.
