Foresters gives Ronald McDonald House Charities an additional $5,000 on top of the $10,000 for surpassing its goal in the recent Facebook campaign.

Foresters™, a life insurance provider committed to the well-being of families, recently concluded a Facebook campaign - “Foresters 4 Ronald McDonald House Charities® (RMHC®) - which has resulted in a $15,000 donation to RMHC.

Over the month long-campaign Foresters donated $4 to RMHC for every new fan who “liked” the Foresters Facebook page to a total of $10,000. Because the campaign surpassed its goal, Foresters is donating an additional $5,000 bonus to RMHC.

The Facebook campaign kicked off Foresters recent $100,000 sponsorship in support of RMHC programs. RMHC creates, finds and supports programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children.

Foresters RMHC sponsorship is the newest of their supportive relationships with organizations dedicated to healthy families:

  •     Since 1998, Foresters has helped Children's Miracle Network hospitals raise over $430 million to fund life-saving equipment, research, disease and injury prevention, education and outreach programs.
  •     Since 2006, Foresters has built or planned nearly 100 KaBOOM! playgrounds, thanks to the volunteer efforts of Foresters members, independent producers and local community partners. These playgrounds will eventually serve over 1,000,000 children and families, providing them with a safe place to play, learn and spend time together
