Flocken will have direct accountability for the growth and development of MED3OOO’s Accountable Care division, which focuses on the delivery of solutions for optimizing clinical, operational, and financial outcomes for healthcare networks. The company’s Accountable Care offerings include products and services to improve alignment between physicians, hospitals, and health plans. MED3OOO has already amassed a large number of hospitals, IPA, PHO, state and municipalities and large physician group partners who want to take advantage of MED3OOO’s 15 year expertise in global and professional risk reimbursement expertise, population health management and predictive modeling capabilities

Prior to joining MED3OOO, Flocken served as Senior Vice President of the California/Nebraska Region for Tenet Healthcare and was responsible for the 12 acute care hospitals, six ambulatory surgery centers, and nine diagnostic imaging centers in that region. He also served in various capacities while with Catholic Health West and the St. Joseph’s Health System (SJHS), including the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for 14 SJHS hospital and ambulatory care clinics. Flocken has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from California State University and a Master’s degree in Public Health, Hospital Administration from UCLA.
