Vienna, VA (PRWEB) October 20, 2011
The National Capital Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, in partnership with George Mason University, presented the prestigious National Capital Business Ethics Awards (NCBEA), small business category, to RightStar Systems, an ITIL Consultancy and BMC Solutions Provider based in Vienna, Virginia.
NCBEA recognizes businesses outside of the financial service industry that have demonstrated a commitment to business excellence and to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct, along with civic and social responsibility. “It’s incredible, this is the fifth year I’ve been doing this and we get more and more interest each year,” says event co‐chair Jeff Hamblen. Awards are given in four categories depending on the size of the company. RightStar took home the award in the small company category.
“Ethics, honesty, integrity, and doing what is right are the foundation of RightStar and our success. We see ethics as a business driver and something that adds value to our customers, employees, partners, and to our bottom line,” stated Dick Stark, RightStar President and CEO. “I am honored to be considered among such an esteemed group of professionals. The NCBEA recognition is a reflection of the trust and respect that comes when the company culture is built on integrity and ethics.”
The ethics award was presented to RightStar on October 13, 2010 at the Ritz Carlton in Tysons Corner. The event recognized companies that have demonstrated their integrity, civic and social responsibility, and business excellence through an extensive nomination process, case studies, individual interviews and other criteria.
