The Rainmaker Group, the leading provider of revenue management and profit optimization solutions to the multifamily housing and gaming/hospitality industries, today announces Associated Estates Realty Corporation (NYSE, NASDAQ: AEC), a publicly traded real estate investment trust headquartered in Richmond Heights, Ohio, has selected Rainmaker LRO™ (Lease Rent Options) as its revenue management software.

After several months of testing, Associated Estates chose LRO for its comprehensive training and streamlined implementation processes, as well as the system’s ease of use. The software is currently operational at several Associated Estates properties, with a complete rollout to all 53 sites expected by the end of the year.
