In Thunderstorm of Life, author Florence M. Ogott shares a collection of real life stories that will help readers cope and survive. This book will be featured at the New York Library Association Book Exhibit in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. on November 2-5, 2011.
In one story, readers will learn that they shouldn’t tell neighbors what they are planning to do tomorrow. Inspired by events that happen in reality, this story leaves women imagining what they would do if another woman decides to take over their husbands and children completely.
Meanwhile, another story teaches readers that whoever does wrong to another will pay back heavily. It doesn’t matter how long. Through this written work, Ogott reminds readers of the saying, “What goes around, comes around.”
“Experiences could make you do whatever you never thought you could do. But whatever you plan to do, take your time, think about it, look at the implications before you act,” says the author. These are just some of many lessons readers will learn as they read Thunderstorm of Life.
